This 2 bedroom/1 bath unit is new to the vacation rental market-new bedding, linens, dishes and many more items! We have stayed in many timeshares and vacation rentals and believe we have created a tastefully furnished condo and that we haven't forgotten a thing! We currently have a 1 bedroom/1bath unit in the same complex that we've been renting for the last two years.  We have received many great compliments on our accommodations and have had repeat guests! 

 

The master bedroom in this cozy condo has a queen sized bed, large closet and TV; the second bedroom has a trundle bed (two twins), chest of drawer and TV.  Other details include: granite kitchen counters, newer appliances, newer cabinetry, newer windows and doors. Flat screen HDTV; internet, cable service including Showtime!  Stack washer and dryer inside unit.  Sparkling clean bathroom with designer tiled tub/shower. Plenty of storage space with dressers, closets and cabinets. Patio looks out to huge courtyard and includes a small table and chairs for relaxing.

 

There is carport parking for one car and plenty of street parking for guests. This is a first floor unit and there is a door into the kitchen directly from the parking spot. We can arrange for you to preview the unit before renting, if that option is available to you. We can also quote discounted pricing on stays longer than one week.

 

This unit is located in Parc Scottsdale Condominiums just two blocks from Old Town Scottsdale.  If you’re new to the Phoenix metro area, this location is perfect for exploring!  It’s located one block from Hotel Valley Ho, Trader Vic's, Old Tortilla Factory, two blocks from the Main Street Arts district. Three blocks to Old Town Scottsdale.  Park the car, pick up the free trolley or walk! This location is in great proximity to many fantastic restaurants, shopping and entertainment venues! Only 5 blocks to San Francisco Giants Spring Training stadium and 10 minutes by car to the Oakland Athletics’ stadium plus there are many more Cactus League spring training stadiums within a short driving distance.  Walking distance to the Waterfront complex, the huge Scottsdale Fashion Square mall and Harkins Cinemas (within 1 mile).  Only 15 minutes by car from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and ASU (downtown Tempe). Centrally located to many golf courses.

 

Our calendar is currently open after April 1, 2010. Great for vacationing, short-term corporate housing, traveling nurses, spring training participants (we love spring training baseball!), or someone who needs a short-term furnished home between permanent homes.  Minimum 3 night stay.

 

Rent includes internet, cable (including Showtime) and all other utilities. Security deposit is $250 and once paid will hold your reservation.  Flexible payment plans.  Cleaning fee depends on length of stay.  Palpay and credit cards accepted.
