- Each adult occupant over the age of 18 must complete and sign an application form.
- A $25 fee is charged for each adult or couple applying to lease. A $35 fee is charged for
multiple roommates of 3 or more.
- Credit score of 600 is desired, although we are flexible
and based on other verifications, a credit score of less than 600 may be accepted. We will consider co-signors.
- Employment verification or source of funds required. Good tenant history is helpful.
- Flexible terms considered.
